Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in corporate America, but I was always driven by the desire to help people make better financial decisions and truly make an impact in their lives.
I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of places, including Jamaica, Antigua, and Canada, and have met people from many different backgrounds. That experience has shaped how I connect with others - I’m comfortable building relationships with people from all walks of life and value diversity in both our team and our customer base.
For our team, we offer group life insurance, a heath stipend, a signing bonus when licensing is obtained before start date, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We will also cover all licensing costs up front.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dionne James - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
